- You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Must include original packaging, tags, and invoice
❌ Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

- Innerwear
- Customized / personalized products
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
💸 Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return:
- You will be notified of approval or rejection
- If approved:
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Amount will be credited to:
- Original payment method OR
- Velmora store wallet (if applicable)
🔁 Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for:
- Size issues
- Damaged or defective items
- Request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
🚚 Return Shipping
- If the product is defective or incorrect → We cover shipping
- If return is due to change of mind → Customer bears shipping cost

- Share clear photos/videos for verification
- We will provide replacement or full refund
